The 2012 hunts are scheduled on a first come first serve basis.  We are offering 25-30 hunters the hunt of a lifetime in 2012.  The Hunt page gives you the option of paying for your 50% deposit or the entire hunt via PayPal, with the fees Paypal is charging I would prefer to be paid with a personal check, but Paypal is still an option.  Scroll down to see the listed hunt dates and prices, you will have the option to send 50% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking.   Also, you can send your final payment via paypal which will be due August 1, 2012, or pay your hunt in full at time of booking, if hunt is paid in full at time of booking 2012 you will be entered to win aMathews bow package.   2011-2012 Mathews Bow Winner: BILL LOGAN Another NY Hunter takes the prize, congrats BILL!!!

If you are paying with a check, please make check payable to ALL Outdoors, LLC  submit to 12548 Pleasant Valley Road, Utica,  OH 43080.  When submitting your deposit you will be required to fill out a hunter contract and mail back to above address, email it to eric@closeencounterwhitetails or mail it with your check. 

Below please find the 2012 hunts and prices which you have the option to book online, some of the hunts in 2011 have already been booked, we will be hosting 4 hunters per weeks hunt, and price will include lodging & evening meals per hunter.  Hunter will be required to bring his/her own breakfast and lunch foods.  It will be up to the hunter to purchase the required non-resident hunting license ($125) and the required buck tag ($24), the antlerless tags are $15 each, and you can purchase up to three of these after purchasing the buck tag.  Both license and tag can be purchased online through Great Lodge ODNR website, or over the counter at local dealer, Wal-Mart, etc. whichever is most convenient. 

If you will be flying in, just make a note on the hunter contract and we can make arrangements for pickup the Sunday afternoon before the hunt (no charge), and you will fly into Columbus International Airport (CMH).  As for getting the deer meat back home, we can have it shipped on dry ice to your destination, or we have the availability of donating your meat to needy folks in our community.  If you are wanting to have your deer mounted, we can make arrangements with local taxidermist and friend Dan Clark Taxidermy.  

We have instituted QDM antler restrictions for the past 4 seasons which we feel will help with the quality of our bucks for years to come:  We require a 140" minimum gross score harvest, unless hunter is asked to shoot a certain buck, usually an older age class buck that scores under 140" gross and is still a trophy to most hunters.  I will charge a fee of $1,000.00 if hunter harvests under 140" gross buck.  Hunters will be provided an evening meal, breakfast and lunch foods will be up to you to provide. We have approximately 45 Treestand sets in place according to hunting varying wind directions, hunter must provide his/her own safety belt, you will not hunt unless you wear a safety harness of some type.  We here aT CEWO look forward to providing you the hunt of a lifetime, thanks!
